For one, it's local municipalities project RTI operated two shifts (consisting of 190 highly skilled and motivated employees) to successfully digitize approximately 25 million documents and make them available online through an interface with an existing application. Our employees were involved in all stages of the project. After the initial project implementation, we began the process of scanning all new cases and related documents for this municipality with a staff of passionate 15 employees.
For the State of New York, RTI was a subcontractor that supplied both functional and development staff to support the implementation of PeopleSoft HCM and Financial Modules for this very high-profile project.
