Geographic Information Systems Developer

JOB:  Research, design and implement scalable and sustainable Enterprise GIS Architecture including ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Portal, GeoEvent server, ArcGIS DataStores, ArcGIS System Monitor for accessing through web, mobile and desktop platforms. Deploying GIS technologies to business lines via new maps and apps. Support architectural and process design for large scale application development and provide recommendations based on networking and security best practices. Extend the capabilities of Enterprise GIS by integrating real-time data from various EAM sources into Enterprise GIS using REST and SOAP Protocols. Develop dashboards to display KPI of various enterprise assets for the leadership to review and make decisions. Administer Enterprise GIS to continuously improve performance of overall system and make necessary infrastructure changes. Administration of SDE geodatabase environments in SQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL, including SQL RDS. Perform logical and physical data modeling. Support periodic processing of non-spatial data for use in the GIS system using FME, Python, and/or GeoEvent Server.

REQD:     Master’s degree in Geographic Information Systems or Computer Science and one year’s experience in the job offered. All candidates should be willing to relocate at employer’s expense to varying client sites nationwide.
